Job Summary
Compliance Specialist

A Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organization's adherence to labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relevant statutory regulations and be able to assess adherence to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Examination of Compliance: Thoroughly examine in-house compliance with relevant statutory regulations, including PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and LWF.
- Labor Laws Compliance: Assess adherence to labor laws, including PF, ESIC, PT, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and LWF.
- Payroll Team Interaction: Interact with the payroll team to address compliance-related queries and provide guidance on compliance risks.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on new registrations, renewals, and amendments under PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- Company Compliance: Ensure company adherence to legal standards and in-house policies.
- Challan Processing: Prepare and process ESIC, PF, and PT challans & payments.
- Employee Assistance: Assist employees in their transfer/withdrawal claims.
- PT Challan Generation: Generate PT challans across various states and process online challan payments.
- PF and ESIC Claims: Provide guidance to employees regarding PF & ESIC claim settlements and related issues.
- Notice Resolution: Follow up with relevant departments to resolve notices and challan-related issues.
- Communications: Draft communications and responses to regulatory notices.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employee rights, and workplace regulations as they pertain to company operations.
