Job Title: Compensation Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compensation strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risk associated with compensation practices.
- Analyze and interpret complex labor laws and regulations to inform compensation decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing laws and regulations to ensure continued compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in labor compliance, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
