About this Role

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled professional to fill the position of Employee Relations Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and HR policy knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Awareness of applicable labour laws and recent amendments, including filing returns under various Labour Laws.
  • Investigate employee complaints, process violations, and initiate appropriate actions against erring employees.
  • Prepare inquiry reports, show-cause notices, warning letters, and other relevant documents.
  • Conduct Labour Law audits, respond to notices, apply for licenses, visit branches, and ensure Labour Law compliance.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and maintain harmonious relations with government authorities.
Requirements:
  • Preferrably holds an MBA/PGDM in HR or MILS degree.
Necessary Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
