Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Location: Kemps Corner, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2-3 Years in HR Operations
Preferred: Passion for fitness and wellness
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a competitive compensation strategy based on market research and salary benchmarks.
- Regularly update job descriptions and employment contracts ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Track employee leaves accurately and assist with payroll processing.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
- Assist in compensation and benefits management with accurate documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies.
- Handle disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations professionally.
- Ensure confidential and legally compliant employee recordkeeping.
- Monitor and enforce consistent implementation of HR policies across teams.
- Stay updated with and ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH, PF/ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in core HR Operations (not TA or generalist roles).
- Must have hands-on experience in Compliance, POSH, Attendance, PF, Policy drafting, and Labour Laws.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Interest in fitness & wellness will be an added advantage.
- Availability to work 5 days a week.
