Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Location: Kemps Corner, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2-3 Years in HR Operations
Preferred: Passion for fitness and wellness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a competitive compensation strategy based on market research and salary benchmarks.
  • Regularly update job descriptions and employment contracts ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Track employee leaves accurately and assist with payroll processing.
  • Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits management with accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate employee induction and onboarding processes.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, resignations, and terminations professionally.
  • Ensure confidential and legally compliant employee recordkeeping.
  • Monitor and enforce consistent implementation of HR policies across teams.
  • Stay updated with and ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH, PF/ESIC, and other statutory regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in core HR Operations (not TA or generalist roles).
  • Must have hands-on experience in Compliance, POSH, Attendance, PF, Policy drafting, and Labour Laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Interest in fitness & wellness will be an added advantage.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week.
