Enterprise Solution Consultant
We are seeking a seasoned pre-sales solution consultant to provide technical sales partnership and product guidance to customers within the enterprise space.
- The consultant will participate in customer growth by utilizing world-class pre-sales techniques to communicate the power, extensibility, and ease-of-use of our platform.
- This role involves developing, positioning, and providing technology-based solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by our products including business transformation, operational efficiency, key regulations & resilience, evolving business needs, security, etc.
- Routine interaction with C-Suite Executives.
- Interview customers to uncover their technology architecture and business needs.
- Partner with sales teams in customer account and strategy planning.
- Lead non-technical discussions with customers to help define objectives that can be addressed and their business value.
- Sell the value of our solution, not just its features and functions.
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.
- Collaborate in creating product demo scripts and scenarios.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform to provide customers guidance and best practices.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
- Stay current on product developments/releases to brief customers on product roadmaps, deliver product demos, and lead POV/POC cycles.
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between us and our competitors.
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or engineering.
- Experience working with and selling to enterprise level companies across verticals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including technical and business concepts to various audiences.
- Territory management skills and account strategy skills.
- Fluency in English.
