Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Partner, working closely with customers to provide guidance and support for the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively communicate product value and technology-based solutions during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products, including business transformation, operational efficiency, key regulations & resilience, evolving business needs, security, etc.
- Interview customers face-to-face and remotely to uncover their technology architecture and business needs.
- Partner with sales teams in customer account and strategy planning.
- Sell the value of our solution, not just features and functions.
- Support and lead regional marketing events, user conferences, trade shows, webinars, demonstrations, and collaborative product development.
- Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and provide customers with guidance and best practices in designing their solution.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents, stay current on product developments/releases, and conduct transition briefings.
- Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings and be successful in this role you have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, and expertise in enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or engineering.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or engineering experience essential.
- Experience working with and selling to enterprise level companies across verticals.
- Experience selling complex multi-product or cross-platform software solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including technical and business concepts to various audiences.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to understand the business drivers around IT.
- Territory management skills and account strategy skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence.
Working Conditions:
- Business travel, as necessary.
- Regular attendance in offices in Dublin expected.
- This is a hybrid working environment, so weekly presence in the office in London or Staines when not with customers.
