We are looking for a Sales Associate / Consultant having experience in building relationships in International Market, client penetration, acquiring new clients, team management, technical team liaison and concluding the deals in Indian and International markets. An Ideal candidate would have a passion for technology, innovative solution for client problems, fire in the belly for target achievement, competition weed out and a flair of making a connection with strangers. We are looking for an individual who is target-oriented and is open to using new techniques and strategies to develop business.
Job Description: 1. Making proposals / SOWs / POC documents for client services 2. Build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing on new business relationships. 3. Deepen relationships with existing clients. 4. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 5. Should be aware of the competitors in the market. 6. Build relations with our most valued OEM partners.
Must Have: 1. Good Communication and Presentation Skills 2. Experience in relationship-building and commercial negotiations 3. Demonstrated ability to pursue leads tirelessly, finalize the scope and close the deal. 4. Minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated experience with selling consulting and IT services/solutions for an established IT consulting firm. 5. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers (if exposed to) 6. Ability to prioritize tasks. 7. Functional knowledge of MS Office is a must 8. Common sensical approach to problem solving.
Desired Candidate Skills: 1. Excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Understanding of current applications and trends in IT. 3. Experience in client communication 4. Excellent foundational consulting skills including critical thinking and analysis, verbal and written communications, executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills, business analysis 5. Ability to conduct business user workshops, design reviews, executive presentations, and 6. Experience in delivering end to end reports 7. Is detail oriented and deliverables focused.
