Business Consultant

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and be able to work closely with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions. The Business Consultant will play a key role in our presales team, collaborating with sales, technical teams, and clients to gather and analyze business requirements for new opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing clear and compelling business cases, proposals, and solution presentations to support the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a presales business analyst role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Proven experience in presales activities, including proposal development and solution design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Domain knowledge relevant to the industry (e.g., IT, software, finance, healthcare) is preferred.

Other Requirements:
