About the Role:

As a senior business consultant, you will collaborate with diverse teams to collect and analyze business requirements for new ventures. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating client needs into actionable solutions that meet their objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough requirement analysis and develop compelling business cases to support sales efforts.
  2. Assist in preparing customized proposals, request documents, and other pre-sales materials.
  3. Work closely with solution architects to design tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  4. Perform gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure alignment between client expectations and product capabilities.
  5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position our offerings effectively.
  6. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and demonstrations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Support contract negotiations by providing clarity on solution scope and deliverables.
  8. Act as liaison between sales, delivery, and client teams during proposal and onboarding phases.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirement gathering.
  • Proven experience in business development activities, including proposal creation and solution design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their pain points, and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, Cloud, SaaS).
  • Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to technical environments or software development life cycle (SDLC).
