Tibco Consultant

Position Summary: A Techno-functional Consultant in Tibco BE (Business Events) and BW (Business Works) typically has a hybrid role that combines both technical and functional responsibilities. This role involves working with Tibco's suite of products to develop, design, implement, and maintain solutions for business processes.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of experience working as a Tibco BE/BW Techno-functional Consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Tibco BE/BW suite of products, including BusinessEvents, BusinessWorks, and ActiveMatrix. Configure Tibco BE/BW applications based on business requirements. Develop custom components and adapters when necessary. Implement integration solutions using Tibco BE/BW with other systems and applications within the enterprise architecture. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Certifications such as Tibco Certified Professional (TCP) or equivalent is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
