Insurance Business Development Manager

About the Role:

  • Establish and nurture broker relationships to achieve business targets.
  • Generate Commercial Lines Business from both brokers and direct clients.
  • Manage underwriting and servicing queries from brokers and corporate clients.
  • Maintain quote sheets, track conversions, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews, analyze risk exposures, and present findings to clients.

You'll Need:

  • 10+ years' experience in insurance sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines products and services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
