Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Relations Manager. The Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and promoting the company's services. The role involves regular interaction with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
