Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Trivandrum. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments to resolve issues, analyzing customer feedback, and creating reports on customer service activities.
