About this role:
We are seeking a strategic Key Accounts Manager to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction for our high-value brand clients.
Your mission is to develop and execute tailored account plans that meet the unique needs of each client, driving renewal, expansion, and maximum lifetime value through consultative engagement, cross-selling, performance analytics, and a deep understanding of our technology suite.
Responsibilities:
Client Retention & Renewals:
- Serve as the primary account lead for top-tier clients.
- Ensure strong renewal rates and predictable revenue growth.
Expansion & Cross-Selling:
- Identify expansion opportunities across our solutions.
- Develop tailored proposals and business cases for upsell opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Strategic Consulting:
- Leverage client data to highlight conversion improvements and ROI.
- Collaborate with clients to define and optimize KPIs and campaign objectives.
Custom Onboarding & Enablement:
- Support clients with strategy and best practices to deploy our solutions effectively.
- Liaise with internal teams (Tech, Customer Success, Product) to deliver seamless execution.
Market & Competitor Insight:
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide value-based counsel and product feedback.
Contract Negotiation:
- Collaborate with legal/finance teams to manage renewals, contract enhancements, and terms discussions.
Client Advocacy:
- Capture testimonials, success narratives, and drive meaningful case studies that highlight client wins.
The ideal candidate:
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of customer success strategies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
