
High Net Worth Client Portfolio Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and deliver exceptional service, driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed individual targets for client acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship management.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, needs, and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in wealth management, insurance, or retail relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, economic trends, and asset products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex client requirements and develop strategic solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Wealth management experience.
- Insurance experience.
- Marketing or finance background.
Functional/Industry Knowledge:
- Equity and related areas.
Certifications:
- AMFI Certification.
- NCFM Certification (Optional).
- CAIIB.
- IRDA.
