We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a trusted consultant to high-net-worth individuals, you will provide end-to-end advisory on real estate investments and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with HNI clients to promote premium real estate projects.
- Financial Advisory: Act as a financial and investment consultant advising clients on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals.
- Relationship Building: Build and manage long-term client relationships ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with accurate investment insights.
- Sales Cycle Management: Drive the complete sales cycle lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior sales/advisory team members when required.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies.
- Proven track record of handling HNI/UHNI clients and closing high-value transactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
