Position Overview:

You will be the key point of contact for high-end clients, ensuring personalized attention and top-tier service as a Relationship Manager. Customer focus, proactivity, and maintaining relationships are essential skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build strong lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as primary contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent service.
  • Provide personalized consultations to help clients choose jewelry pieces.
  • Understand and convey product knowledge, including history, craftsmanship, and materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to offer custom solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed client records to track preferences and purchase history.
  • Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients.
  • Stay informed of market trends and client preferences.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by fostering client loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or client-facing role in luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • A keen understanding of fine jewelry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and provide attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain client records.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients.
  • CRM software proficiency is a plus.
