About the Role:

The successful Sourcing Manager will be responsible for driving sales across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the region. This role requires a deep local network, strong relationship-building skills, and a go-getter attitude to build and nurture a robust pipeline of clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers across site locations to achieve maximum results.
  • Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals to ensure target achievement through structured planning.
  • Monitor team performance regularly and drive target achievement by reviewing progress and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects to increase revenue streams.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, high net worth individuals, and direct client sources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Track quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales team to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop strong referral networks and partnerships with high net worth wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers to expand business reach.
  • Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits to increase sales conversions.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, corporate partners firms, and independent brokers to diversify revenue streams.
  • Conduct CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing materials with channel partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.
  • Regularly engage with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs to maintain business momentum.
  • Track and evaluate CP performance, resolve partner queries, and drive continued engagement to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Maintain a live tracker of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion metrics to inform sales strategies.
  • Share daily/weekly updates with the leadership team on sourcing pipeline, CP activity, and conversion ratios, and closures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor competition channel activity and share market insights to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs to maximize sales impact.
