About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business growth and sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales performance in the B2C sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team, working closely with the Team Leader to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote gate automation and smart home services.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new market opportunities and work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Masters/Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the B2C sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
