Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy.

As a key member of our team, you will wear multiple hats, building sales processes, creating collateral, generating pipeline, and designing the way we engage with prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Infrastructure:
    • Develop a full sales development process, from outreach to qualification and handoff, that drives scalable growth.
    • Design and implement repeatable playbooks, scripts, and outreach cadences that maximize efficiency.
    • Create high-quality collateral (e.g., demo videos) that clearly showcase the value of our services.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers in IT, enterprise, and services markets.
    • Drive outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
    • Analyze results and continuously refine messaging and channels to find repeatable growth levers.
  • Inbound Lead Management:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and ensure seamless handoff to founders or account executives.
    • Qualify prospects and optimize the inbound funnel for speed and conversion.
  • Collaboration & Feedback:
    • Work closely with founders to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy, incorporating customer insights and feedback.
    • Track metrics, analyze results, and continuously refine processes to drive business success.
