Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global investment strategy that aligns with the company's vision.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Provide personalized guidance and support to clients in navigating global markets and diversifying their wealth.
  • Portfolio & Investment Management: Oversee client portfolios, identify attractive global investment opportunities, and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Market Research & Product Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to discover unique global products that suit our clientele's needs.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in global investment products, asset allocation, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
