Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales and go-to-market (GTM) leader to build our staffing business globally.

This is a hybrid role—equal parts sales leader and strategic thinker—ideal for someone who wants to drive revenue growth from scratch and scale it globally.

The ideal candidate will own revenue targets, build a predictable pipeline of clients, negotiate and close high-value deals, and collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the GTM strategy for our staffing solutions.
  • Develop differentiated messaging, narratives, and sales collateral.
  • Build scalable playbooks for outbound and inbound growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run demand-gen campaigns, case studies, and content.
  • Track brand visibility metrics like inbound leads, referrals, and ecosystem mentions.
  • Enable sales/BD teams with narratives, decks, and client-facing material.
  • Work directly with founders on pricing, contracts, and market expansion.
  • Mentor and enable junior sales/BD hires.
  • Use market feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategy.
Requirements
  • 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM leadership.
  • Proven success in closing high-value B2B deals and owning revenue quotas.
  • Strong understanding of tech hiring landscape.
  • Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international staffing or remote-first hiring models.
  • Network within startup ecosystems, VCs, or global product companies.
  • Prior exposure to early-stage or scaling company GTM.
