Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager

About the Role:

The Client Solution Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of our organization's Resource Management division. This strategic business leadership opportunity requires the ability to act as a consultative partner to senior executives, understand evolving business challenges, and design workforce solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish our company as a premier staffing partner.
  • Solution Development: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Market Expansion: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that our diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
  • Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy of our organization.

Requirements:

  • 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
  • Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
