Chief Business Process Designer

About the Role:
A Business Process Strategist will design business processes that align with organizational goals and objectives. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, creating process blueprints, ensuring designs meet functional requirements, and engaging in quality management reviews.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Collaborate and manage teams to perform tasks
- Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine business requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and design methodologies
- Experience with process improvement techniques and tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
- 15 years of full-time education
