Job Title: Experienced Wealth Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our wealth management team forward.

The ideal candidate will have an impressive personal network, in-depth product knowledge, and a proven track record of building long-term client relationships while delivering consistent revenue and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and senior professionals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.

Wealth Advisory & Solutions

  • Advise clients on a wide range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the NBFC's wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12-18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable institution.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of high-net-worth clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
