
Culinary Team Member

As a highly skilled and versatile culinary professional, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards. Your key objective is to ensure that every dish meets our exceptional quality criteria, while maintaining a safe and organized kitchen environment.
This role requires you to work closely with other team members to achieve common goals, promote a positive work culture, and provide excellent customer service. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, monitor inventory levels, and participate in staff training and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes using various ingredients and cooking techniques
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to meet customer preferences
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Support management in hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure that all food products meet our quality standards
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and sales data
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
