We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare menu items to exacting standards, utilizing advanced knife handling skills and knowledge of culinary techniques.
  2. Maintain a high level of productivity, completing tasks efficiently and effectively while ensuring quality control.
  3. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
  4. Adhere to Public Health standards, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment at all times.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance culinary skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or cruise ships with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Culinary school degree required.
  • Strong management, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and people skills necessary.
  • Superior customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills required.
  • Knowledge of personalized services, including needs assessment, quality service standards, and guest satisfaction evaluation techniques.
  • Intermediate computer software skills required.
