Strategic Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, your responsibility is to establish and nurture strong relationships with key schools that generate significant revenue or have potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new schools and develop existing key school relationships to deepen our relationships and increase product penetration.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs to provide solutions and ensure retention and growth.
- Serve as a bridge between key customers and internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Ensure customer success through post-sales support, managing concerns, and updating customers on new developments.
- Achieve designated acquisition, product penetration, and revenue budgets.
- Manage funnel, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting as required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including key account management and relationship management, preferably in education, edtech, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent presentation and conceptual selling skills, with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, and help desk support software.
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and focus on account profitability.
