Job Title:

Human Resources Manager

Job Description
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent is hired for the organization
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
  • Foster a positive working environment by promoting employee well-being and satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and productivity
  • Assess training needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analytics
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
