Senior Telecom Innovation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecom Innovation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within the telecom industry.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual with expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies. You will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that address complex challenges and drive business innovation in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address client pain points and enhance their operations and customer offerings.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements, guiding clients through the AI journey from initial discovery to solution design and deployment.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends, applying deep knowledge of these technologies in the telecom industry.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions, preferably in the telecom or technology industries, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into actionable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications such as predictive analytics, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools, and cloud-based AI solutions.
  • Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations, particularly in telecom environments.
