Our organization is seeking a seasoned Fundraising Strategist to lead and manage all funding-related activities, driving business growth through effective fundraising strategies and strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive funding plans to meet business requirements, identifying and negotiating with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding.
  • Evaluate funding proposals, assess financial viability, and monitor fund utilization, ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs, preparing and presenting funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of all funding activities, including communications with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve market share.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance, with a proven track record of securing and managing large funding deals.
  • Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
