Key Investment Opportunities

A seasoned investment banking professional is sought after to spearhead transactions in M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end transaction management, encompassing due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Executing deals across various asset classes, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Building and managing relationships with investors from VC firms, PE groups, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Pitch deck preparation, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising efforts.
  • Conducting in-depth sector research to identify opportunities in technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI, and other areas.
  • Delivering impactful presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Collaboration with legal, tax, and compliance teams for seamless deal structuring and execution.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks.
  • Excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
