Real Estate Fund Raising Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Real Estate Fund Raising Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India across various asset classes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market, excellent investor relations skills, and a strong analytical mindset. They will also possess outstanding communication and financial skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Critical Responsibilities:
  • Capital Raising: Develop and execute strategies to raise capital from investors, including networking, collaboration, and proposal development.
  • Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential investors, providing regular updates and market research insights.
  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive proposals outlining investment opportunities, risk assessments, and potential returns.
  • Compliance Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
