Investment Opportunities in Private Equity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Private Equity Associate. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and managing portfolio companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities in private equity
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuations
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments
  • Support the structuring and negotiation of equity and debt investments
  • Monitor and track performance metrics of portfolio companies
  • Identify and support value creation initiatives within portfolio companies
  • Source new investment opportunities through market research and industry mapping
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management
  • Collaborate with senior team members and advisors on deal execution

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA/automation knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
