Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Financial Projections: Create dynamic Excel-based pro forma models to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in CRE underwriting/investment analysis (preferably in Hospitality).

  • Proven ability in monitoring asset performance and compiling reports.
  • Exceptional written English skills for crafting nuanced updates and communications.
