The Closing Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include executing agreements, registering properties, and finalizing settlements. Additionally, the Closing Manager coordinates with various teams to guarantee smooth interactions between Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project departments.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements such as stamp duty, registration, RERA documentation, and taxation.
A successful Closing Manager must possess excellent communication, customer-handling, and coordination skills. They should maintain accurate records of customer interactions and closing-related documentation.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in real estate documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience as a Closing Manager or Assistant Manager - Closing with a reputable real estate developer.
