High-Value Transaction Specialist Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to guide high-net-worth clients through the closing process, ensuring a seamless experience. As a seasoned Closing Manager, you will oversee the closing process from contract to closing date, guaranteeing that all legal documents and contracts are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market by managing and overseeing the closing process.
  • Coordinate financial transactions and client communication, maintaining organized files of transaction documents.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues during the closing process, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents and suggest process improvements, coordinating post-closing tasks to ensure a smooth transition.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate, with an MBA being preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, showcasing exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales analytics tools, along with a client-centric mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
