Our organization seeks an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to drive financial strategy and fuel business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
    • Provide informed recommendations to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
    • Supervise end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Implement best practices in financial reporting in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS/Ind-AS standards.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure accuracy in financial MIS reports.
  • Audit & Risk Management:
    • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits from initiation to closure.
    • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks.
    • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:
    • Oversee direct & indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
    • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory timelines.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Professional accounting designation as a Chartered Accountant
  • 10+ years' experience at a senior level financial management position in a similar industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner
