Job Description

A senior finance professional is required to lead profitable growth across the region by partnering with sales, delivery, and corporate finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and ensure optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards for complex deals.
  • P&L Management: Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units and lead monthly financial performance reviews with business/function heads.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Profitability & Performance Analysis: Deliver actionable insights to business leaders on profitability dashboards and variance analyses, recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Provide strategic planning support and investment decisions guidance to business leaders.
  • Repository & Reporting: Establish deal pricing/cost sheets repositories and track win–loss ratios for decision support.
  • Expense Management: Monitor OPEX and enforce budget controls across units.
  • Industry & Competitive Analysis: Track market movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Drive organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Education: Qualified CA is mandatory.
  • Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to global markets.
