Senior Finance Manager Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Finance Manager – Chartered Accountant located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management of financial risks.

The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing effective financial policies. Additionally, the manager will supervise the finance team and collaborate with other departments to support overall financial objectives.

  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial policies, with the ability to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the finance team towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required, with a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field being preferred.
  • Experience with financial software and tools, with the ability to utilize them effectively to streamline financial processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
