Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to oversee day-to-day compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Perform routine secretarial tasks such as statutory form filings, and other related duties.
  • Assist in accounting-related activities like vouchers, reconciliations, and book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintain company records including registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Draft resolutions, notices, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance deadlines are met for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
