Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to interpret and implement regulatory requirements, ensuring all systems and processes adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Interpret and implement regulatory requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Coordinate departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information regarding regulatory requirements and system updates.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field, with strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical teams, project managers, and senior management.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to organize and present ideas effectively.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, with minimal direction.
