Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our global indirect tax compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing indirect tax processes, working with SAP, and implementing controls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a Centre of Excellence (COE) of indirect tax compliance specialists, partnering on return preparation, and leading transitions to a centralized model.

They will also manage reporting for assigned territories, perform quality controls, and ensure timely VAT payments.

In addition, the Senior Manager will identify opportunities, risks, and errors, maintain data integrity, and work closely with advisors on the end-to-end reporting process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of managing indirect tax compliance in multiple territories.
  • Critical thinking and ability to challenge processes.
  • Ability to interact with senior internal stakeholders, auditors, and advisors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead projects and prioritize competing demands on time.
  • Experience in managing relationships with tax authorities and tax advisors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
