Senior Analyst/ Team Lead - Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide expert support for compliance review of marketing materials, ensuring adherence to specific requirements and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FINRA & SEC Marketing Rules, with proficiency in reviewing and approving various marketing materials, including pitchbooks, quarterly reports, media communications, and other documents. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough reviews of marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compliance strategies
• Analyzing and interpreting complex regulatory guidelines and updates
• Providing guidance on compliance best practices and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on compliance activities
