About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead / Sr. Team Lead to manage our invoicing and data research processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of invoice management, telecom carrier data, and data reconciliation. You will lead a team of analysts, drive process improvements, ensure accuracy, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process vendor and client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyze, validate, and input telecom carrier invoice data into systems.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve invoicing issues, discrepancies, and disputes.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on invoicing activities and open invoice status for management review.
  • Conduct secondary and internet-based research to support data analysis processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of 1015 data analysts engaged in data research and invoice reconciliation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline invoicing, reconciliation, and research processes.
  • Leverage data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Establish quality control procedures and ensure adherence to deadlines and performance standards.
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members on data analysis, invoice reconciliation, and reporting best practices.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations on findings, improvements, and key business insights.

Must-Have - Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Management, or equivalent.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years in Invoice management / Data Research & Analysis.

  • At least 2 - 3 years in team/people management

  • Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Power BI Medium to Advanced level.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in invoice management processes (AP, GL), preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Exposure to data reconciliation and financial process optimization.
  • Familiarity with additional visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Prior experience in a managed services company.
