We have urgent requirement for Team Lead AR Billing.

Job Description

We are seeking a Team Lead AR Billing to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of AR processes, US healthcare billing, denial management, and insurance follow-up. You will be responsible for managing a team of AR associates and ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AR Executives in end-to-end AR Billing process
  • Monitor daily workflows, productivity, and quality of the team
  • Review and resolve escalated claims, rejections, and denials
  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines and SLA targets
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and upskilling existing team members
  • Prepare and present performance reports to internal and client stakeholders
  • Coordinate with clients, payers, and internal departments for issue resolution
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Maintain strong knowledge of payer guidelines, HIPAA, and regulatory updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in AR Billing / RCM (US Healthcare)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead / Supervisor role
  • Strong understanding of EOBs, denials, appeals, re-submissions, and payer-specific guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with billing software like EPIC, Athena, Kareo, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and productivity tracking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in US shift / night shift
