About the Role
This Service Leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to National Account (NA) customers, enhancing turnaround times (TAT), and maintaining regular communication with NA clients to ensure optimal business outcomes.
Role Responsibilities:
- NA Customer Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of services to NA customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
- NA Revenue Growth: Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand NA customer relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
- NA Retrofit Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement NA retrofit initiatives, enhancing overall business performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Turnaround Time (TAT): Achieve industry-leading TAT benchmarks for NA customer deliveries.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular communication.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic partnership development and expansion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2-3 years' experience in HVAC service teams
- Technical knowledge of VRF, Ductable, DI & Cassette Machines
Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this role is between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
