About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Leader to drive production operations in Vadodara. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end process operations, including ethoxylation and propoxylation processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily plant operations to ensure optimal production planning and meet customer demands
  • Implement process improvements and technology upgrades for enhanced productivity
  • Conduct process analysis and troubleshooting for optimal reactor performance
  • Ensure equipment reliability, including reactors, distillation systems, and control systems
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field
  • BE Chemical/ BSc- Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven expertise in Propoxylation, ethoxylation processes, and surfactant manufacturing
Familiarity with Key Processes

You should have hands-on experience with:

  • Fatty alcohol ethoxylation
  • Fatty amine ethoxylation
  • Alkoxylation processes
  • Batch Process
