The Senior Team Leader position is pivotal in driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek a highly skilled professional with exceptional problem-solving capabilities, adept at breaking down intricate issues into manageable components and applying relevant methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • This involves engaging in daily discussions and utilization of diverse algorithms and approaches.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the entire software lifecycle, encompassing hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Prior experience with Agile SCRUM and MLOps is preferred.
  • They will develop reusable and scalable assets, implement ML best practices, and collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends in technology is essential, with a proactive approach to proposing innovative solutions.
  • The Senior Team Leader will also be responsible for researching emerging ML techniques and best practices.
  • Critical tasks include coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including Cloud), and documenting application development.

Requirements:

A graduate with an Engineering Degree (CS/Electronics/IT) or equivalent, plus a Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics.

8-15 years of experience in the field.
