We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Business Operations Coordinator to manage our real estate CRM system.
This role is an on-site position at sales project locations, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Clinet Bookings Management: Client bookings and lead data management in the CRM system.
- Documentation Generation: Generate payment receipts, booking confirmations, and documentation.
- Sales Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to update lead status and schedule follow-ups.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including document handling, printing, and reporting.
- CMS Systems: Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently.
- Educational Background: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred).
- Work Experience: Prior experience in real estate admin or CRM management is an advantage.
